The Random Generator was born in September 2015, when Colton and Danicka realized they needed a way to emulate the seemingly infinite choices a player might make while playing The Division. Its main purpose was applied to the comic Tale of Strun, to make decisions that would affect the story beyond Colton and Danicka’s control. The Random Generator was more than happy to do the job, sometimes choosing the least expected option, much to the team’s delight and/or horror. Its talents include choosing multiple numerical variants, giving the team an opportunity to say the statement “You think we should roll for it?”, and stopping arguments that TTAS might have by taking the choice out of their hands. In its spare time, it practices making terrible decisions, eliciting groans of frustration, and creating plot twists by somehow choosing least favorable choice, despite the odds.
